Home Assessment & Quote

We arrange a convenient visit to assess your current system and discuss the best options for your home. You’ll receive a clear, detailed quote with honest advice and no pressure.

Step 2

Booking Your Installation

Once you’re happy to proceed, we confirm your installation date and take a 25% deposit to secure the booking. We’ll explain exactly what to expect so everything runs smoothly on the day.

Step 3

Professional Installation & Handover

On installation day, we arrive from 8:30am and carefully prepare working areas using dust sheets. Water, gas and heating may need to be switched off for most of the day while installation takes place.

Your new boiler is professionally installed and fully tested to ensure everything is working safely and efficiently. We take time to explain how your boiler and thermostat controls operate, carry out a full clean-up, and register your manufacturer warranty and Gas Safe certification. Annual service reminders are also provided to help keep your warranty valid. Final payment is due once installation is completed.
